Ever put a song on repeat?

Last week in the car, I put in one of my favorite worship CD's: this CD by these guys! I listened to track 10, "Your Grace Still Amazes Me" over and over again. Check it out*--you won't be disappointed. Powerful lyrics--and a powerful reminder of grace.

*You can hear an excerpt by scrolling down to the "sampler" section. FYI, the CD is just $10 if you buy it off the PCD official site.

My faithful Father, enduring friend
Your tender mercy is like a river with no end
It overwhelms me, covers my sin
Each time I come into Your presence
I stand in wonder once again

Your grace still amazes me
Your love is still a mystery
Each day I fall on my knees
'cause Your grace still amazes me
Your grace still amazes me

Oh patient Savior, You make me whole
You are the author and the healer of my soul
What can I give You? Lord, what can I say?
I know there's no way to repay You
Only to offer You my praise

Your grace still amazes me
Your love is still a mystery
Each day I fall on my knees
'cause Your grace still amazes me
Your grace still amazes me

It's deeper, It's wider, It's stronger, It's higher
It's deeper, It's wider, It's stronger, It's higher
than anything my eyes can see

Your grace still amazes me
Your love is still a mystery
Each day I fall on my kness
'cause Your grace still amazes me
Your grace still amazes me

Dear Carrie -- I'm not familiar with these guys or this song -- but the words are beautiful! Two phrases especially "jumped out" at me -- "patient Savior" and "Your tender mercy is like a river with no end." Amen!

Love you, Mom

My husband and his friend have sung this song at a couple of funerals. We also have it burned onto a "favorites" CD in the car. I just love the words!

Seriously, Carrie, we were meant to be friends. That is one of my all-time favorite songs. I love it and I have a tendency to just set the player on repeat for this song too!

I do this all the time. My husband always worries that "I'll get tired of a song", but somehow it never happens. And I have a guilty pleasure to confess... I listen to Christmas songs all year. Not every day or even every week, but often enough that most people would think it's weird!

I love PCandD...I listsen to them a LOT. Their songs, including the one you mentioned are chock full of great theology, and great words to worship by.
I think I'll go turn them on now...
Blessings,
Joy
