A playful observation
Yesterday we spent a couple hours with a friend who has 3 kids. My son sat down in front of a large pile of toys, and do you know what he wanted to play with the whole time? My water bottle and his socks. It was a good reminder to me that sometimes "non-toys" can be the best things to play with!

Reminds me of Christmas morning when some little girls had as much fun with the boxes and ribbons as they did with the gifts! :)
Love you, Mom
I can relate to this! Megan is very happy with a water bottle. We have joked that we should wrap up empty boxes or boxes with tissue paper for Christmas!
My son LOVES water bottles too! My husbands work is currently on the look out for a large box (that might get shipped in) that I can make a playhouse with. We'll see what I end up with. :)
Love bug has been crawling around for days with a glad leftover container in her hand. It's so funny! Isn't watching your kids and all the funny things they do just the highlight of your day? :-)
Looks like there is nothing as charming has a water bottle. JR love them too!
Oh how funny! Thanks for visiting my blog! You said Monica sent you over, but I have no idea who Monica is. LOL! can you fill me in? Congrats on 100 posts!!
LOL cute!
Hope you're having a good weekend!
God bless :)
My little guy has been like that from day one. He loves books, but otherwise he could take or leave an actual toy. He is really into "lids"...loves twisting them on and off. And phones... and the remote...
Agreed. Less is usually more for kids!
This is so true, many times it is the box that something came in that was the biggest entertainment! I wanted to thank you for stopping by my place, I am blessed for that!!
