Somehow I think mashed potatoes (a favorite comfort food of mine) taste even better when the spuds are from your own backyard!

My sister-in-law is from a Montana potato farm so mashed spuds are a staple around our place, too. Nothing like fresh-from-the-earth potatoes! Can I come over when you mash them up? :)
