Happy holidays

We traveled to Michigan for the holidays to be with my husband's parents and siblings. Here's the whole clan:

I was surprised at how engaging the children's museum was for a one-year-old. Nathan had a great time, and I love this picture of all of us inside a soap bubble!
Nathan loved sledding, except when he had to share the sled with his cousins!
Eric's dad is an elementary physical education teacher, so he opened up the gym one night for us to "horse around"
We got lots of snow while we were there, and everyone enjoyed playing outside.
For some strange reason, Nathan loved eating the snow. This was fresh, so I was less worried--but still--he cracks me up sometimes because he never seems bothered by cold temps.
Living in 5 different states makes it challenging to see each other, so it makes the time we do spend even more special. We had a wonderful visit!

Is the children's museum you visited in St. Joseph? just curious...we are staying a week there in June and that was part of the attraction!
My boys are not bothered by the cold either...we should really live further north!
You look cute also in your pictures. I almost always wear a ponytail! Its a busy mommy's best friend! I can't wait to get into NORMAL clothes again!! woohoo....
Take care! Thanks for the pics...for some reason, it was highly encouraging to me today!

It looks like you had a great time! We took Love Bug to a museum and she was fascinated too, but I can't say she liked any of the snow we had here. In fact, the one time we went "sledding", she cried for a few minutes before we gave up!

I LOVE the photo of him crying on the sled. So cute! Glad you had a great time!

Haha! The sled picture made me laugh. Oh, I would love to see that snow where I am instead of this rain. Glad you had a wonderful time.

This is to avoid becoming one of your disliked "creepers" or "stalkers" or whatever it is you called those people who look but don't leave comments.

We have a pretty good looking family eh?

Happy Tuesday!

I'm glad you all had such a fun Christmas together! I can't imagine how much joy E's mom must feel (well, and his dad, too) when her kids and grandkids are all around her. A mom's dream come true!

I heard they had just tons of snow up there recently. Did you get in on any of it? I've got to admit, I love me a good snowstorm! =)

The photos were fun, and I found myself guessing which ones were the "real deal" and which ones were the "in laws".

Glad you're back! I'll look forward to your posts. And I'll get back to you on that techie question.
